Nigeria : Governor Chime Plans 40,000 Capacity Stadium for Rangers -
Enugu State Governor Sullivan Chime kicked off the 2008/09 Glo Premier League campaign with Rangers last Sunday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu on a winning note. The Governor who came dressing in a sports attire walked into the stadium few minutes before the centre referee in the match between Rangers and JUTH FC signalled the commencement of hostilities. [
