Johannesburg Architecture Centre (JAC) is a fledgling forum
currently being set up by a group of people with an interest in architecture who are based in Johannesburg. The
centre aims to stimulate debate through organising activities such as exhibitions, lectures and seminars by
visitors, publications, and other activities. It is intended that the centre's activities will complement those
run by the two Johannesburg Architecture Schools and the Gauteng Institute For Architecture. At this early stage we
are eager to solicit opinions with regard to the future direction and form of JAC. Please contact us with any
suggestions and/or if you are interested in getting involved.
