DOWNLOADING & INSTALLATION NOTES

1. Click on the download link on the right. You will be prompted with;

2. Click on "Save"

3. Your Desktop will now have the following icon. Double click on it to start installation.

4. The following prompt appears. First click "Unzip" - wait for unpacking, press OK - and then "Close". The files will be located on directory c:\archinet by default. You can change this if you want.

5. The CallSTAR program is now installed on the target directory and ready to be used. Start up Windows Explorer to find the file and double click on it to run it. Or create a shortcut to it.

NOTE: Some filenames shown in the Downloading, Installation and Shortcut instructions will vary according to application and version. Use these instructions as a guideline and accept default filenames.

Creating a Shortcut (after Installation)

A shortcut is used to start CallSTAR from your Desktop.

First DELETE the downloaded installation file called CallSTAR01.exe from your desktop. You wont need it anymore.

Then right click anywhere over your Desktop and choose;

New > Shortcut

The following prompt appears;

1. Click Browse

2. Find the archinet Folder

3. Select file CallSTAR.EXE

4. Click Next

5. Type in a name. ie "CallSTAR"

6. Choose an Icon

7. Click Finish

You should now have an icon on your desktop that will start up CallSTAR. Double Click it to start.

You can also use Windows Explorer to find the CallSTAR.exe file in the c:\archinet folder and double click on it to start the program.
